- Release of new version / bug fix – if required.
UpiCRM Support ticket DOES NOT include:
- Add more / new features to the product.
- Solving problems with Non-UpiCRM issues: other plugins, server issues, theme issues.
Privacy / Security / NDA / SLA / TERMS:
- Under the support service of UpiCRM , all information between the customer and UpiCRM is confidential.
- Customer MUST backup all installation of WordPRess site / server / plugins / themes before providing access rights to any server/s or WordPress installations.
- When purchasing support ticket, and after performing backup as specified in section 2, the complete access details must be provided :
- WP Admin login
- FTP to the server
- Preferably , in addition to the Admin & FTP rights, when possible – control panel login.
