Get support for all issues of UpiCRM.

UpiCRM Support ticket includes :

  1. Problem definition and solution.
  2. Access to servers in order to solve issues on client’s server/s.
  3. Release of new version / bug fix – if required.

UpiCRM Support ticket DOES NOT include:

  1. Add more / new features to the product.
  2. Solving problems with Non-UpiCRM issues: other plugins, server issues, theme issues.


Privacy  / Security / NDA / SLA  / TERMS:

  1. Under the support service of UpiCRM , all information between the customer  and UpiCRM is confidential.
  2. Customer MUST backup all installation of WordPRess site / server / plugins / themes before providing access rights to any server/s or WordPress installations.
  3. When purchasing support ticket, and after performing backup as specified in section 2, the complete access details must be provided :
    1. WP Admin login
    2. FTP to the server
    3. Preferably , in addition to the Admin & FTP rights, when possible – control panel login.
