Although UpiCRM is free, we are asking for payment if you need support. In order to enjoy our support, please purchase a support ticket and provide all the required details. in case we found out the cause was our mistake (bug…), we’ll refund to money back to you.
The support is for 1 year, per a single server.
Note: support fee is non-refundable. once we invest the time to inspect your issues and respond, a refund will not be issued.
In case we found a bug caused as a result of our coding, we’ll consider the refund at our own consideration.

As some of our users may benefit from us helping with the initial installation and configuration of UpiCRM, we are offering an installation service, on your server/s.
We will install and configure UpiCRM on your server, and support you in the initial phase of implementing our solution. You will have to answer our preliminary questions (Who’s the default lead manager, what other user will use it, is there a remote server you want to send leads to etc) .
The installation service is per a single server, with a reasonable amount of between 1 and 2 hours. More complex installations will be priced separately .
Support service does not include developing additional features. If you need additional functionality – we’ll be able to offer you a paid service of custom development.
